We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We will communicate to you if your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your card account.
Please contact us at [email protected] in case you wish to cancel the order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire order amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been shipped.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order. Your refund (less shipping costs) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
Returns & Exchanges
The nail sets are custom made once the order is confirmed. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Hence, please check size guide before placing order to ensure you order desired design, length, shape and width.
We will refund the money for the cancelled orders in the same mode as the payment was made within a certain amount of days. If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be sent to your bank account.
Received a defective or wrong item?
Every order is shipped after passing quality control tests. However, if you receive any defective or wrong item, you may write us an email within 48 hours of receiving the item at [email protected]. Please send picture of the item received along with details of problem.
If we find the issue to be genuine, we shall replace the ordered item(s) or initiate a refund as soon as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you paid using a credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
